A Klingon Empire parody about cutbacks costing their bird of prey's dearly. We assume they don't spend as much as our governments. So what gives? Has the ruling council been needlessly throwing away taxpayers money on frivilous things like schools for dance, and the arts. Or possibly, there's too many Klingons on welfare.
