Deep (1989)

- Zach (John Ritter) is an unemployed writer, who is
suffering from writer's block. His drinking is out of
control, as is his womanizing, is ending his marriage.
His house also burns down, and his agent is dying. One
of his girlfriends sets his piano on fire, and he gets
into a glow-in-the-dark condom duel with a jealous boyfriend.
Eventually, Zach turns to bartender Barney (Vince Gardenia)
and psychiatrist Dr. Westford who both tell him to stop
destroying his life with the drinking and womanizing.
- Angela Smith is Zach's girlfriend ad she caught him
cheating. She's not happy, and subsequently pulls a
hand gun on Zach. |

war with the Soviet Union. He frantically searches for
her so that they can escape Los Angeles. |

Eliminators
(1986)

- As part of their experiments in time travel, Drs.
Reeves and Takada construct a cyborg "Mandroid"
with the body of a downed pilot. Reeves decides to have
the Mandroid scrapped, but not wishing to be taken apart,
Mandroid flees with the help of Dr. Takeda, who is killed
for his disobedience. Mandroid goes north to America
in search of someone who can help him to stop Dr. Reeves
in whatever evil plan he intends to use his time machine
for.
- Colonel Nora Hunter and her pet robot S.P.O.T set
off to discover Reeves compound in the Mexican jungle.
They are joined by riverboat guide Harry Fontana and
eventually a ninja named Kuji.

daughter. The emotions released by their developing
intimacy, and Vivian's insecurities about her feelings
towards Cay, are played out against a backdrop of rocky

Hrs. (1982)

break out of prison, police detective Jack Cates (Nick
Nolte) has to recruit fast-talking Reggie Hammond (Eddie
Murphy) from the penitentiary in order to find the criminals.
They only have 48 hours to complete their assignment
before Reggie has to return to prison. Reggie and Jack
hate each other and even get caught by other officers
as their brawling in the street, but eventually they
start to play on the same team, and even end up liking
each other, almost. Reggie also has $500,000 stashed
away in the trunk of his car, and his car has been in
a parking garage ever since he was convicted.

when Sally hits Reggie with a baseball bat. |
